Return and Replacement Policy for RJ K Systems
This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and replacements to ensure a transparent experience for our customers. By shopping with rjksystems.in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility Window
Items are eligible for a return or replacement request within 7 days of the delivery date. After this 7-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Mandatory Verification Requirement
To maintain the integrity of our hardware and electronics, we require a clear unboxing video for all return or replacement claims.
- The video must show the package being opened for the first time.
- The shipping label must be visible.
- The video must clearly demonstrate the defect or damage reported.
- File Limit: Evidence uploads are capped at 5MB. For larger files, please provide a shared link (Google Drive/WeTransfer).
3. Grounds for Return or Replacement
Requests are generally considered under the following conditions:
- Defective/Damaged Product: The item is non-functional or physically damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrect Item: The item received does not match the specifications of your order.
- Missing Components: Parts of the product or accessories are missing.
4. The Process
- Submission: Log into your account and navigate to the Return/Replacement Portal.
- Reason Selection: Select the relevant reason for your request and upload your unboxing video.
- Review: Our technical team will review the evidence. Your request status will update to “Pending Return” or “Pending Replace” if initially approved.
- Rejection: If the evidence is insufficient or the request falls outside the 7-day window, the status will be marked as “Return Request Rejected,” and you will receive an email detailing the specific reason for the decision.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Products showing signs of use, altered software, or physical damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
6. Shipping & Costs
- For verified defective or incorrect items, RJ K Systems will handle the return logistics.
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind (where applicable).
